Low Potassium Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple, chopped into 1” cubes
  • 1 Tangerine, peeled and separated
  • 1 bunch of green grapes
  • 6 Strawberries
  • ½ C Blueberries
  • 5 kabob sticks

Directions: mix and match the different colored fruits and berries to make the kabob sticks. Makes 5

Tip: You can serve this with a cup of cottage cheese to make it a healthy breakfast or high protein snack!!
