Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 oz of pink salmon, boneless and skinless (drained)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp black ground pepper

Directions

  1. Place salmon and cream cheese in a bowl. Mash and mix together.
  2. Add lemon juice, horseradish, and black pepper. Mix well and chill.
  3. Serve with baguette bread or crackers.

Serving Size: ¼ of spread mixture
