Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 6 (6") – Corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon – Olive Oil
  • ¾ lb. – Chicken breast, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon – Chili powder
  • ½ clove – Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup – Lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup – Cabbage, chopped
  • ¼ cup – Radish, sliced
  • ½ cup – Onion, chopped
  • ½ cup – Tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon – Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons – Cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat tortillas in the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place garlic and chicken in the skillet then add chili powder. Brown chicken on both sides. Set aside.
  4. Divide chicken, corn tortillas, lettuce, cabbage, onion, tomato, and radish into 6 servings.
  5. Add lime juice and cilantro. Serve hot.
